Refund & Exchange Policy

Please review our policy below regarding refunds and exchanges:

Request Period:

  • You have 3 days after delivery to request a refund or exchange. After this period, no exchanges or refunds will be processed.

Eligibility:

  • Exchanges and returns are only accepted if the item is still in stock.
  • Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  • You may inspect the item while the courier waits outside, but the item must remain in its original condition for an exchange or refund to be accepted

Sale Items: 

  • No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for items purchased during sale.
  • Partial deliveries are not permitted during sale.
  • Items cannot be checked on door during sale.

Shipping Costs:

  • If you request an exchange or return, you will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning the item. Any costs for reshipping exchanged items will also be your responsibility.

 

Processing Time:

  • Please note that exchanges and refunds may take between 3 to 5 business days to process.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange:

  • To initiate a refund or exchange, please reach out to us via direct message (DM) within 3 days of receiving your order. We'll provide further instructions for returning or exchanging your item.
